CONCEPT OF A2 MILK & SURYA KETU NADI IN GIR COW

“matrah sarva bhutanam, gavah sarv sukh prada”

Meaning, the cow being mother of all living entities gives all pleasures to everyone.

The Gir cow is one of the prime Zebu breed cows. This breed originated in the Gir forest and surrounding districts in the state of Gujarat. Moderate to a large size breed, Girs are considered to be the most gentle of the Zebu breeds.

It is known for its distinct appearance, weight and height that makes it different from the Jersey, Brown Swiss, Holstein, Belgian Blue, HF etc. Noted for its milk producing qualities, the Gir cow is resistant to tropical diseases and hot temperatures.

DESI GIR COW:

Is one of the principle Zebu breeds originating in India. It is proven fact that GIR cow and all other pure cow breeds of India produces pure milk which is very easy to digest and healthy as well. GIR is the best and healthiest milk-producing cattle in terms of low fat and more protein.

Shows high resistance to disease.

GIR cow is distinctive in appearance, they are as follows:

FEATURES OF GIR COW:

HEAD: The most unique feature of GIR is their convex forehead, which acts as a cooling radiator to the brain and pituitary gland.

EAR: Ears are long in length and pendulous, opening to the front and resembling a curled-up leaf.

HORN: Horns are set well back on their heads and thick at the base.Basicallyin pyramid form.

HUMP: GIR cow has hump on back of neck. This hump has a specific vein called SURYA KETU NADI. On interaction with solar rays, it produces gold salt in her blood. These salts are present in the cow’s milk and in other bodily fluids.

SURYA-KETU NADI :

Indian humped cows have suryaketu nadi(vein) passing through hump which absorbs all cosmic energies( 33 CRORES of gods & goddess reside in cow).

As per astrology SURYA( which rules soul) and KETU (Lord of Moksha). Means Humped cow helps soul attain moksha(liberation)? We need to remember, we have nine planets starting from Sun and ends with Ketu.

After death soul should cross VAITARINI RIVER(which is very difficult), if we donate a cow before death. we can cross this river with the help of cow tail. This sentences describes that we need to protect cows and pass them to future generations.

Human body have 7 CHAKRAS(energy centers) described in Ayurveda and having 72000 nerves. Same like we can assume cow have 33 corers of nerves and all connected to suryaketu nadi( same lyk our backbone)? IDa-PIngala are the main nerves which connected to Left/Right nostrils and pass oxygen to all parts of human body, eliminate toxins as co2. In the same way Surya-Ketu nadi was functioning in Cow ?

Surya ketu Nadi, on interaction with solar rays produces GOLD salts in her blood. These salts are present in the cow’s milk and cow’s other bodily fluids which miraculously cures many diseases. Thats why cow milk or ghee in golden hue color.

Ancient scripture state that “Suryaketu” nerve on cow’s back absorbs harmful radiations and cleanses atmosphere. Mere presence of cows is a great contribution to environment.

Cow digestive system was divided into 4 components. check attached image. So, cow contain a multi-chambered digestive system (polygastric) that allows the animal to gain the majority of their nutritional needs from forages and other roughages.(Forage refers to grasses, roughages refers to other high-fiber food sources.)

Mouth – grasps the food

Teeth – grind the food

Tongue – covered with finger-like projections (papillae) that contain taste buds.

Salivary glands – secrete saliva, that moistens food and is mixed with the food material to aid in swallowing.

Multi-chambered “stomach” the first one is

Reticulum – honeycomb-like interior surface, this part helps to remove foreign matter(sponge, paper, plastic, toxins, wires, etc) from the food material.

Second one is Rumen – the organ that allows for bacterial and chemical breakdown of fiber. The rumen has a very thick, muscular wall.It fills most of the left-side of the abdomen.the rumen can have a capacity of 55-65 gallons. The walls of the rumen contain papillae (that can be up to 1 cm. in length), where the bacteria that are used to breakdown fiber live.

Drooping

There is a prominent hump in all Vedic Cows and this hump has a specific vein called Surya Ketu Nadi which is absent in non Vedic ones. This nadi (vein) absorbs all the energies and radiations from sun, moon and all constellations from universe and puts them in cow products like milk, urine, dung, ghee (clarified butter) etc. In cow products of non Vedic species this divine effect of Surya Ketu Nadi is absent.

Surya ketu Vein, on interaction with solar rays produces gold salts in her blood. These salts are present in the cow’s milk and cow’s other bodily fluids. Just Because of that the Vedic cow’s milk, butter and ghee has golden hue. Ancient scripture state that “Suryaketu” nerve on cow’s back absorbs harmful radiations and cleanses atmosphere.

A recent research shows the traces of gold in Gir cow urine

Surya Ketu Vein of Vedic Cow, enriches her milk with:

  • 6 Types of Vitamins
  • 8 Types of protein
  • 25 Types of Minerals
  • 21 Types of Amino Acids
  • 4 Types of Basic Phosphorus
  • 2 Types of Glucose

Also, the presence of DEWLAP, a prominent specific fold of skin below neck which is prominently present in Vedic cows gives immunity power to cow and cow products.

Being a world-renowned breed, the Gir is able to survive and produce in a difficult environment. It is resistant to various tropical diseases. It also has been imported and bred successfully in many other countries.

Rated among the best dairy breeds in the world, the Gir cow has gone global with a rise in demand for this breed in many African and Southeast Asian countries. For a long period of time, the dairy industry has focused on buffalo’s milk as a major contributor resulting in the decrease of the Gir breed. Today, this breed is on the verge of extinction due to irrational crossbreeding and lack of proper breeding programs.  Nevertheless, efforts are being made to create awareness in saving this high-quality breed of Gujarat.

DEWLAP: Indian cow develop a fold of loose skin hanging below neck. Dewlap provides high heat resistance capacity and makes desi cow sustain in all the environment.

TAIL: Long enough to touch to ground. Tail joint is unique and allows swirling around till the neck. It also swats flies and insects. Cow can clean her body herself no need to give bath daily.

PRODUCTS: A2 MILK, URINE(GOMUTRA), COW DUNG

MILK:

It is scientifically proven that, Indian cow contain the A2 allele gene. This is also transferred to the milk which make it much more nutrient and healthy than A1 milk. Doctors advice pregnant women, kids, diabetics and heart-patients to consume it.

COW DUNG:

If we observed dung of desi cow its generally in cake form, but if its of other cow’s or buffalo it gets spread on the floor. The Indian holy cow’s dung cake are considered sacred and have a prominent place in worships, Pujas and ceremonies. Cow’s dung cake in fire tend to purify the air; it is anti-pollutant and has anti-radiant qualities that benefit the environment.

COW URINE(GAUMUTRA):

It has medicinal qualities in higher content. Cow urine is use in manufacturing of many medicines. Drinking cow urine is natural treatment for some of the diseases. It is of greater use in daily life.

GIR cow is considered as the top of all the other desi cows in India.

The Gir cow is a famous Indian-born dairy cattle breed. Gir’s cattle native tract is Gir hills and forests of Kathiawar. This includes Gujarat districts of Amreli, Bhavnagar, Junagadh, and Rajkot. The name of the breed comes from the forest of Gir.

Outside India, gir cattle is also very popular. This breed was imported by the United States, Mexico, Venezuela and Brazil. And successfully they’re being bred there. The breed was also one of North America’s cattle breeds used to grow the Brahman cattle.

Description of Gir Cow:

The Gir cattle is an important Indian dairy cattle breed. They are very hardy and well-known for their tolerance to conditions of stress and resistance to various tropical diseases.

Gir bulls are used on all kinds of soil to pull heavy loads. By general, they are very gentle and polite, and love to be with people. The Gir cattle are very gregarious and form a very close circle at night with their calves sleeping under their heads. In India, it is a very popular breed of dairy cattle.

The average Gir Cow Milk production is 6-10 liters/day. Within India, the cows are also doing very well. They produce an average of 3,500 kg of milk per lactation in Brazil.

Gir cattle’s average lifespan is around 12-15 years. And during their lifetime, a cow develops 10-12 calves.

Physical Characteristic of Gir Cattle:

On average, weight of Gir Bulls and Cow is approx 550-650 kg 400-475 kg respectively. The height of bull is 1.35m and gir cow height is 1.30m on average.

The color of their body is red to spotted white. Although, with large red spots, their body color may vary from pure red to yellowish red to white. Forehead of Gir Cow is like a bony shield, prominent, convex and broad.

Ears are long, pendulous and folded like a leaf on the tip with a knot. The horns are bent and turn back. The tail of the Cow is very long.

They’ve a prominent Hip Bone and high Hump that differs from other Cow breed. Do you know that the HUMP in GIR Cow has a specific vein called “Surya Ketu Nadi” that is missing in Non Gir cow and Hybrid cow.

Surya Ketu Nadi (Vein) produces gold salts in its blood when dealing with solar rays. Such salts are in the milk of the cow and the other body fluids of the cow.

Because of the milk, butter and ghee of the Gir cow have a natural golden colour. In Ayurveda, Gir cow’s milk, Ghee, Curd, Urine and Dung together is known as ‘Panchgavya’.

This is also very useful to fight and cure many human and animal diseases. From Surya Ketu Nadi, we can find many important propeties:

MILK:Vitamins, Proteins, Minerals, Amino acids, Phosphorous, Glucose, cerebrosides, strontyne, Carotene with golden abstracts that are very helpful for our body.
DUNG: Nitrogen(N7), Potassium ,Copper ,Molybdenum, Borex, Cobalt Sulphate, Phosphorus, Irons, Manganese, Boron, Sodium. This properties of cow dung acts as a natural fertilizer and used as raw manure.
URINE: Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Fluoride, Urea, Phosphorus, Ammonia. Regular consumption of cow urine can destroy the Cancer virus. It’s urine helps to purify body and keep mind calm, which makes body healthy. It is also helpful to prevent diseases.

Gir and Indian Desi Cow:

In our state, there are many cattle breeds namely Red Sindhi, Sahiwal, Kankrej and Thar Parkar. This cow fall in dairy (exclusive for milk), dual (milk-and-work-keeping) category and work animals according to their quality. Gir Cow is considered as the TOP of all other Desi Cow in India.

Bhadawari, Desan, Gujarati, Kathiawari, Sorthi and Surati are the other name of Gir Cow. Place of origin of Gir cow was in Gir forest in south Kathiawar, Gujarat. The production of milk is between 1200-1800 kgs per lactation. This cattle breed is highly resistance to disease.

Gir and Hybrid Cow Comparison

There are many differences between the Indian Gir and Hybrid cows. Indian cow breeds like Gir, Red Sindhi, Sahiwal, Kankrej produces A2 milk which is rich in A2 beta casein protein wheras, Hybrid cows like Jersy, Holstein Friesian, Ayrshire and Guernsey produces milk which has both A1 and A2 beta casein protein.

Since A2 milk has many advantages over A1 milk, A2 milk producing cow breed is rated as the BOSS of all cow breeds. Gir and Hybrid Cow Comparison

Gir Cow Hybrid Cow
Neck of Gir cow is longer and not too thick with too many skin fold. Neck of Hybrid cow doesn’t have any folds and is comparatively short in size.
Centro comercial Moctezuma Francisco Chang
It has huge Hump at back Hump is missing
A2 milk produced by these Cow is rich in A2 beta casein protein and good for health. Since, hybrid cows produces mixture of A1 and A2 beta casein protein, its milk has BCM 7 element which causes lots many diseases like SDS, heart diseases, cancer etc
They are healthy and are less prone to disease. Hybrid Cow more vulnerable to diseases.
These cows can adapt any environmental conditions. These cow requires heater in cold season and cooler in summer season.
In its total lifespan, Gir cattle can give birth to more than 10-12 calf. Hybrid Cow can give birth to maximum 4 calf.
This Cow has colostrum that’s like “human Mother’s milk” Milk Making Machine
On average, this cow produces 6-10 L milk per day On average, this cow produces 25-30 L milk per day.
Fodder consumed by Gir cows is high and so maintenance is high. On other hand, fodder consumed by hybrid cow is less and has low maintenance cost
Milk produced is highly nutritive. Milk produced has low nutritional value

Medicinal Significance of a Cow

In the year 2000 the publication Scientific America reported on complete Cow Human Genome comparison. Among the 768 genes on the cattle RH map, 687 genes or 89.5% had putative human orthologues. Among the 687 mapped genes, 548 genes had human GB4 RH mapping information. 22 were mapped exclusively on the G3 panel and 68 had human cytogenetic assignments exclusively.

All cow chromosomes with the possible exception of BTA9 and BTA23 have centromere repositioning relative to human chromosomes. Four cattle chromosomes show complete conservation of synteny with their human homologs. The four are: BTA12 and HSA13, BTA19 and HSA17, BTA24 and HSA18, BTAX and HSAX . For all of these chromosomes, multiple rearrangements were observed. BTA3 was the only cow chromosome that showed no internal rearrangements when compared with the homologous segment on HSA1. Fifteen cattle chromosomes are seen to be comprised of genes found on only one human chromosome.

Cow milk is the most compatible with human mother’s milk than any other species in existence. This is because the DNA of the cow was specifically constructed to be harmonious with mammalian human DNA. So it can be clearly understood that cow DNA was designed so humans could benefit from cows products being milk, cheese, butter, cream, and yogurt.

Charaka Samhita states,

—   Milk is the best life strengthener.

—   While Casin protein in milk helps growth of infants,

—   Calcium and sulfur strengthen our bones.

—   Milk is also rich in vitamins D and B-complex.

— Curd arrests diarrhea controls fat and resists cancer.

— Ghee improves intelligence and beauty. It is used to treat eye diseases.

— Distilled cow urine is effective in the treatment of flu, arthritis, bacterial diseases, food poisoning, indigestion, edema, and leprosy.

— Panchagavya Mix: Various medical formulations like Panchagavya Ghrita, Amritasara, Ghanavati, Ksharavati, Netrasara etc. are invaluable medicines in Ayurvedic system.

yatvagasthi gatam papam dehe tishthti mamke prasnat panchgavyasya dahasagnirivendhnam

Meaning: From skin to bones, whatever sins (diseases) are in my body, are destroyed by panchagavya just as fire destroys fuel.

Cows are receivers of the auspicious rays from all heavenly constellations. Thus she contains influences of all constellations. Wherever there is a cow, there is the influence of all heavenly constellations; blessings of all gods. Cow is the only divine living being that has a Surya Ketu Nadi (vein connected to sun) passing through her backbone. Therefore the cow’s milk, butter, and ghee have a golden hue. This is because of Surya ketu Nadi, on interaction with solar rays produces gold salts in her blood. These salts are present in the cow’s milk and cow’s other bodily fluids which miraculously cures many diseases. Ancient scripture state that “Suryaketu” nerve on cow’s back absorbs harmful radiations and cleanses atmosphere. The mere presence of cows is a great contribution to the environment.

In medicine: ( In Ayurveda) it is said:

|| gavyam pavitram ca rasayanam ca pathyam ca hrdyam balam buddhi syataaayuh pradam rakt vikar hari tridosh hridrog vishapaham syata ||

Meaning: Cow urine panchgavya is a great elixir, proper diet, pleasing to heart, giver of mental and physical strength, enhances longevity. It balances bile, mucous and airs. Remover of heart diseases and effect of poison. For thousands of years, people in India have used cow urine and cow dung for different purposes in their daily and ceremonial activities. Being highly recommended by the scriptures, it is considered holy and safe to use.

According to Ayurveda the cause of all diseases is the imbalance in three faults (tri-dosas) i.e. mucus, bile and air. Cow urine balances the tri-dosas, thus diseases are cured. There are some micronutrients in our body, which give life strength. These micronutrients are flushed out through urine. Therefore gradually aging steps in our body. Cow urine has all elements, which compensate for the deficiency of nutrients in our body, which are required for healthy living. Thus Cow urine stops the ageing process. So it is called an elixir and also life giving. (Urine & Cow Dung) provide the right solutions for most of the diseases, that are considered incurable. Cow urine has Natural Disinfectant and Antiseptic qualities. It helps in curing Cancer, AIDS, Asthma, Diabetes, High BP, Psoriasis, Eczema, Other Skin Diseases, Heart Diseases, Hypertension, Piles, Prostate, Liver, Kidney, Urinary Diseases, Female Diseases, Hepatitis, Acidity, Fits, Ulcer, Spleen, Ear, Sexual Disorders, Nose, Eye, Cough & Cold, Migraine, Headache, Gout, Knee Joint Pains, Sodalities, Sciatica and other chronic ailments. Cow urine being miraculous poison destroyer destroys the disease caused by poison (Toxin). Extremely dangerous chemicals are purified by cow urine. Cow urine provides immunity power by increasing resistance power against diseases in human body. It is an anti toxin. Cow urine corrects functioning of the liver. So, the liver makes healthy pure blood. It gives disease resistance power to the body. Cow urine contains many minerals especially Copper, gold salts, etc. It compensates for the bodily mineral deficiency. The presence of gold salts protects body against diseases. Mental tension hurts the nervous system. Cow urine is called medhya and hradya, which means it, gives strength to brain and heart. Thus cow urine protects heart and brain from damages caused by mental tension and protects these organs from disorders and diseases. Excessive use of any medicine leaves some residue in our body. This residue causes diseases. Cow urine destroys the poisonous effects of residues and makes body disease free.

Electric currents (rays) which are present in the environment keep our body healthy. These rays in form of extremely small currents enter our body through Copper in our body. We get Copper from cow urine. To attract these electric waves is the quality of Copper. Thus we become healthy. By acting against the voice of soul (immoral & sinful action), the heart and mind become narrow-minded. Due to this the functioning of the body is affected and causes diseases. Cow urine provides a mode of goodness. This helps us to perform correct activities by the mind. This protects us from diseases. “Sarve rogaah hi mandagnau” All diseases begin with mandagni (Low fire i.e. digestive capacity). If fire is strong, diseases won’t occur. Cow urine keeps the fire strong. Irregular bowel movements cause diseases. Cow urine regulates bowel movements. The weakening of immunity system also causes disease. Cow urine is the elixir. Gavyam tu samprotkam, jivaniya rasayanam meaning cow urine gives life and is anelixir. Bull’s urine is stronger. But its medical value is no less as species is same. Just by smelling bull’s urine, infertile woman can conceive child. In scriptures s, me diseases are said to be due to sinful actions performed in previous lives which we have to bear. Ganga resides in cow urine. Ganga is the destroyer of sins, thus cow urine destroys such previous sins and so diseases are cured.

Organic colostrum benefits and rebuilds the human body at a deep foundational level. Asides from containing the building blocks (all the parent essential fatty acids, all the essential amino acids, etc. for every nutrient needed by the body, the health benefits of colostrum milk can be attributed to these key compounds:

Naturally occurring lGF-1 (which stands for insulin-like growth factor 1) could be considered the crown jewel as to why cow colostrum benefits human longevity potential so well. According to wikipedia, “IGF-1 is one of the most potent natural activators of the AKT signaling pathway, a stimulator of cell growth and proliferation, and a potent inhibitor of programmed cell death” (this helps combat the metabolic effects of aging). IGF-1 is one of the many growth factors found in bovine colostrum that helps create a state of anabolism in the body which can lead to increased lean muscle mass, bone density and tissue regeneration. The oligosaccharides that are present in colostrum benefits the healing of the skin externally in the form of reversing wrinkles and internally in the form of healing the lining of the digestive tract. These long chain sugars also serve as a prebiotic and feed good bacteria in the intestine (including acidophilus) and aid in the maintenance of peak health for the digestive system. Lactoperoxidase is an enzyme that acts as an anti-microbial agent. It is found naturally in milk and colostrum to prevent the proliferation of bad bacteria. These beneficial properties are then transferred over to those who consume it. Colostrum benefits your oral health if you let is dissolve in your mouth around your gums. This can prevent or even treat gingivitis and may be able to help re-grow a receding gum-line. Lactoperoxidase has also been shown to stimulate macrophages (white blood cells) to gobble up cancer cells present in the body. The lactobacillus acidophilus in raw colostrum is a strain of healthy bacteria that is an important part of the human immune system. Many people develop an imbalance of not only their intestinal flora (healthy bacteria) but also the flora on their skin and other bodily orifices (ears, nose throat, mouth etc) over time due to poor diets and the use of medication and specifically antibiotics. Acidophilus taken orally in organic colostrum benefits the flora of the entire body by populating first the gut and then it eventually “overflows” into all other areas of the body. As previously mentioned, there are naturally occurring prebiotics in organic colostrum that feed acidophilus as well as any strains of good bacteria already present in your body. Lactoferrin and hemopexin may be two key nutrients in “leveling the playing field” in terms of the difference of lifespan between men and women. One suspected cause for men living shorter live than women on average throughout the world is that they don’t regularly shed their blood the way women do once a month. Iron is a pro-oxidant and the theory is that “rusty” old iron that is floating around the body for too long causes damage that builds up over time. Lactoferrin and hemopexin are known to bind to excess iron and remove it from the body safely. Nucleosides found in dairy products and specifically in higher amounts in cow colostrum, have a number of beneficial functions for the body. Dietary nucleotides support immune modulation, meaning that they intelligently alter the immune system to become more effective, as opposed to just blatantly boosting it which may exacerbate underlying autoimmune conditions. These nutrients also enhance iron absorption in the digestive tract as well as help in the desaturation of fats, making them easier to digest. Proline rich peptides (PRP’s) act as hormones that regulate the thymus gland and help modulate the immune system (much in the same way as the nutrients mentioned above). Specifically, PRP’s promote better functioning of T-lymphocytes, they help produce cytokines, they stimulate the activity of natural killer cells (NK cells) and they stimulate and modulate many other immunological functions. What makes cow colostrum one of the best antiaging foods is that PRP’s increase the permeability of blood vessels in the skin, resulting in the improved uptake of nutrients into the skin which results in a healthier and more youthful complexion!

Cow dung has antiseptic, anti radioactive and anti thermal properties. When we coat the walls and clean the floors of house with cow dung, it protects the dwellers. In 1984, the gas leak in Bhopal killed more than 20,000 people. Those living in houses with cow dung coated walls were not affected. Atomic power centers in India and Russia even today use cow dung to shield radiation. When we burn cow dung, it balances atmospheric temperature and kills germs in the air. We can also reduce acid content in water by treating it with cow dung. When we offer ghee in the fire as part of ritualistic sacrifices, it strengthens the ozone layer and shields the earth from harmful radiations from Sun. Manures from cow urine & dung, makes the soil fertile, for yielding more nutrient fruits & Vegetables for a healthy life. It helps in overcoming the negatives of Chemical fertilizers. 99% of the insects in nature are beneficial to the system. Insecticides prepared from cow urine or well-fermented butter milk do not affect these helpful insects.  Dung from one cow is adequate to fertilize 5 acres of land and its urine is can protect 10 acres of the crop from insects.   African deserts were made fertile using cow dung.  70% of our people depend on agriculture. 98% of them depend on cattle based agriculture. India has approximately 30 crore cattle. Using their dung to produce bio gas, we can save 6.0 crore ton of firewood every year. This would arrest deforestation to that extent.
